TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Allfix is the property of UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL. This document sets out the terms and conditions in which you can use the allfix application, generically referred to as the application. By using this application you agree to the terms and conditions of use.

1. Access

Access and use of the allfix application are subject to the following conditions of use and to all applicable laws. By downloading the app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store, and using this application means you automatically accept the terms and conditions set out below.
The terms and conditions apply to all application users.
The term "user" means any natural or legal person accessing and using this application.
allfix is an application that can be downloaded for free from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
In order to gain access to the application, and therefore to the information made available through it, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, directly or via devices that can access Internet services.
The purpose of the application is:

to facilitate the access of individuals to information of interest, to a wide range of service providers in various fields of activity and to offers promoted in the application of legal persons;
also to enable service providers to list themselves in the application by presenting the services they offer;
promotion of offers by legal persons.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The application may NOT be copied, reproduced, transmitted, multiplied, sold without the written consent of UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL.
In the application you have the freedom to view information of interest, but the content of the application: the text, graphics, photographs, logos and any other materials in the application belonging to the technical structure, are protected by the copyright law and are the property of UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL .
Any dispute relating to this application is for the courts of Romania.

3. Rules of use:

Not allowed:

copying, multiplying, distributing, archiving or retaining, by any means, the materials and information in the application;
attempting to intervene by any means in the content and structure of the application to delete or modify the information present in the application;
trying to scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the application;
the use of email addresses published through the application for distribution on mailing lists or for sending commercial emails or for use for any purpose other than sending e-mail for the purpose of requesting information, presented in the application;
the use of abusive phone numbers for any purpose other than contacting a user in connection with the service they provide is strictly forbidden;
using profiles of users in any way is strictly forbidden.

The services presented in the user application, the relevance of the information, their quality and the manner in which they are rendered fall under the responsibility of the USER as a service provider.
UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL assumes no responsibility in any way for the services presented in the application.
UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL does not assume responsibility for the way the offers are made, belonging to the legal entities, for their validity or for the way the users of the application can benefit from these offers.UNSERVER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL does not assume responsibility for the way the offers are made, belonging to the legal entities, for their validity or for the way the users of the application can benefit from these offers.
Application users are required to provide accurate and real data on their service and civilized behavior. Accounts of users reported as having behavior inconsistent with moral norms will be deleted.
